Group Project
The name we came up with for our mini design company was Rock, Scissors, Paper and the theme we chose to explore was handmade. We wanted to create an exhibition that celebrated the art of handmade crafts in Northern Ireland, so we came up with the idea of creating a 3D model made out of card. We began by researching artists. The three we found most inspiring were Julien Vallee, Bomboland and Big Chief Meets Funri.

Translink Project
Our first project of second year was to come up with a new logo for Northern Ireland's public transport service Translink. These our my logo ideas...
When creating my design, I was influenced by the work of design company eBoy. I first became aware of their work when they launched their "Open Happiness" campaign with Coca Cola, in which cities such as Belfast, Dublin and Cork were represented in pixel art form. http://hello.eboy.com/eboy/
